Refund Policy

ELECTRONIC FILES

My Neighbourhood Marketing Agency does not offer refunds on electronic files. Samples are provided prior to purchase so customers are aware of the type of content they will receive.

If there is a technical issue where a file is sent in error, the correct file is not sent to the customer, or the customer entered the wrong email address for their file, please contact support@myneighbourhoodmarketing.agency for the correct file.

CONSULTATION SERVICES

Marketing consultation services can be cancelled by the customer or My Neighbourhood Marketing Agency.

50% of the consultation fee will be returned to the customer if half or less than half of the consultation time has been used (for example, if 2 hours or less of a 4-hour consultation has been used).

If more than half of the agreed-upon consultation time has been used, the services can be cancelled but the fee will be non-refundable.
